Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Flat rate of $10.00.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Flat rate of $20.00.
Free Shipping: For orders over $150.00, we offer free standard shipping.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Delivery Delays
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, postal service delays, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
6. Damages
Kalinya Agency is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Custom or personalized jewelry
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at returns@kalinyajewelry.com to request a return authorization.
Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization form.
Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization instructions.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at returns@kalinyajewelry.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
6. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
